Introduction
Below you will find our General Terms and Conditions. These are always applicable when you use the services of LILOUV or place an order via our Website. The General Terms and Conditions contain important information for you as a buyer. We recommend that you read these conditions carefully.
Applicability of General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of LILOUV, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
If the customer includes provisions or conditions in his order, confirmation or communication of acceptance that deviate from or do not appear in the General Terms and Conditions, these will only be binding on LILOUV if and to the extent that they have been expressly accepted in writing by LILOUV.
In the event that specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, those conditions will also apply, but in the event of conflicting conditions the customer can always invoke the applicable provision that is most favourable to him.
Definitions
- Webshop LILOUV : established in Markelo and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 86177044 trading under the name LILOUV.
- Website : the LILOUV website, which can be consulted via www.lilouv.com and all associated subdomains.
- Customer : the natural person who, not acting in the exercise of a profession or business, enters into an agreement with the LILOUV web shop and/or has registered on the website.
- Agreement : any arrangement or agreement between the LILOUV web shop and the customer, of which agreement the General Terms and Conditions form an integral part.
- General Terms and Conditions : these General Terms and Conditions.
Prices and Information
All prices stated on the Website and on other media originating from LILOUV are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change if other levies are imposed by the government.
Separate shipping costs will be charged.
The content of the website has been compiled with the utmost care. However, LILOUV cannot guarantee that all information on the website and on other media originating from LILOUV is correct. These are therefore subject to programming and typing errors.
All offers from LILOUV are without obligation and can be changed at any time.
LILOUV reserves the right to refuse orders or to request additional information.
LILOUV reserves the right to change prices and correct any errors in pricing.
Fast and reliable delivery
The products are delivered by PostNL or DHL.
Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
The delivery time outside the Netherlands will be sent within 1-3 working days. The delivery time depends on the handling time at PostNL or DHL.
LILOUV will make every effort to deliver the order within the stated delivery time, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors.
If the delivery time cannot be met, LILOUV will inform the customer of this in a timely manner.
Right of withdrawal / Returns
This only applies to the customer being a natural person who is not acting in the exercise of his profession or business.
The customer has the right to cancel the distance contract concluded with the LILOUV web shop within 14 days after receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
Customer must bear the return costs themselves. The shipping costs incurred by Customer when purchasing the product are not included in the costs for returning and remain at the customer's own expense.
After cancellation, the Customer has 7 days to return the product.
Warranty
LILOUV offers a 6 month guarantee on all our clothing. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faults, with some exceptions:
- Normal wear and scratches from everyday use are not covered by our warranty.
- Damage caused by improper use or storage of the item is not covered.
If you have received a defective or damaged product and wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us immediately by email: emma.roetgering@lilouv.com.
Payment and Retention of Title
Customer must make payments to LILOUV according to the payment methods indicated in the order procedure and possibly on the Website. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via one of the offered payment methods.
All delivered products remain the property of LILOUV until the customer has fulfilled all his payment obligations.
Complaints
Complaints about the products or services delivered can be reported via the contact form on the LILOUV website, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to LILOUV within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects, fully and clearly described.

These terms and conditions come into effect on February 24, 2025 and apply to all orders placed from that date onwards.
LILOUV reserves the right to change or supplement these general terms and conditions.
Any changes or additions to these general terms and conditions will only be effective after they have been confirmed in writing by LILOUV.

The return costs are at your own expense.
What is the delivery time?
We do our best to ship within 1-3 business days. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but we always try to inform our customers about this.

We consciously choose the most beautiful materials, selected for quality and wearing comfort. For each item, you can read exactly what fabric it is made from in the description. Our pieces are produced in Portugal, on a small scale and with attention to detail. This ensures that every item feels good and lasts a long time.
