Our products are shipped with PostNL or DHL.

  • Within the Netherlands: Your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Outside the Netherlands: We will ship your order within 1-3 working days. The exact delivery time depends on the delivery service in your country.

LILOUV does its best to deliver your order on time but cannot be held responsible for delays due to external factors.

If the delivery time is not feasible, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Ordering from Abroad

Our website may not always work well for customers outside the Netherlands. That's why we are happy to help you with your order!

Can't order through our website? Please contact us at emma.roetgering@lilouv.com and send us the following information:

  • The products you want to order
  • Your name and surname
  • Your full address (including zip code and city)
  • Your e-mail address and phone number

We will then create an order for you and send the invoice by email. Please note that shipping costs vary from country to country. We will discuss these costs with you before sending the order.
