LILOUV Return Policy
Return period
At LILOUV you have 14 days to return your order. After receiving your return, we have 14 days to refund the order amount to you.
How can I exchange an item? Notify us via e-mail that you wish to return an item. Put the unworn and undamaged items back in the packaging and attach the mailed return label. Then ship the items back yourself via the designated shipping company.
Return costs
Return costs are at your own expense.
Returns Policy
A return must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be complete, in original condition, and if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
- Hygiene products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.
- Only unworn items and items without stains (e.g. makeup) are eligible for refund or exchange.
- If the return does not meet the above conditions, you will receive a voucher for the amount originally purchased instead of a refund.

We do our best to ship within 1-3 business days. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but we always try to inform our customers about this.

We consciously choose the most beautiful materials, selected for quality and wearing comfort. For each item, you can read exactly what fabric it is made from in the description. Our pieces are produced in Portugal, on a small scale and with attention to detail. This ensures that every item feels good and lasts a long time.
