LILOUV Return Policy

Return period
At LILOUV you have 14 days to return your order. After receiving your return, we have 14 days to refund the order amount to you.

How can I exchange an item?
Put the unworn and undamaged items back in the packaging and attach the enclosed return label. Then ship the items back yourself via the designated shipping company.

Return costs
Return costs are at your own expense.

Returns Policy
A return must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be complete, in original condition, and if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
  • Hygiene products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.
  • Only unworn items and items without stains (e.g. makeup) are eligible for refund or exchange.
  • If the return does not meet the above conditions, you will receive a voucher for the amount originally purchased instead of a refund.
