Why Portugal?

From the moment we started looking for a production partner, we knew one thing for sure: quality and craftsmanship always had to be paramount. This search led us to Portugal, a country known for its rich textile tradition and attention to detail.

When we visited our factory, it immediately felt right. The passion, expertise, and care with which each garment is made perfectly align with what LILOUV stands for. That's why we still produce our collections on a small scale in Portugal.

By consciously choosing local, small-scale production, we can collaborate closely, monitor the quality of each item, and work with the finest materials. No mass production, but carefully crafted pieces made with time, attention, and love.

For us, it's not just about where something is made, but especially about how. And that's precisely why Portugal feels like the perfect home base for LILOUV.

Our prices reflect the way we work. Each item is made on a small scale in Portugal, from high-quality materials and with an eye for craftsmanship. We deliberately produce in limited editions, not large and fleeting collections. So you are not paying for mass production, but for quality that you will wear for years. An item from LILOUV is an investment in your wardrobe, not just something for a short time.

How do I return an item?

Place the unworn and undamaged items back in the packaging and then return the items yourself to the following address:

We do our best to ship within 1-3 business days. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but we always try to inform our customers about that.

We consciously choose the most beautiful materials, selected for quality and wearing comfort. For each item, you can read exactly what fabric it is made from in the description. Our pieces are produced in Portugal, on a small scale and with attention to detail. This ensures that every item feels good and lasts a long time.
