Our prices reflect the way we work. Each item is made on a small scale in Portugal, from high-quality materials and with an eye for craftsmanship. We deliberately produce in limited editions, not large and fleeting collections. So you are not paying for mass production, but for quality that you will wear for years. An item from LILOUV is an investment in your wardrobe, not just something for a short time.
How do I return an item?
Place the unworn and undamaged items back in the packaging and then return the items yourself to the following address:

The return costs are at your own expense.
What is the delivery time?
We do our best to ship within 1-3 business days. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but we always try to inform our customers about this.
What are the items made of?
We consciously choose the most beautiful materials, selected for quality and wearing comfort. For each item, you can read exactly what fabric it is made from in the description. Our pieces are produced in Portugal, on a small scale and with attention to detail. This ensures that every item feels good and lasts a long time.
